Powers/abilities:
Effex has very minor strength and speed boosts due to having ectoplasm in his joints, bones, ligaments, muscles, etc. He is incredibly durable and stubborn to the core. After having over one hundred thousand ghosts pass through him, Effex is considered at least partially undead for all purposes, despite being alive. Effex can also change his shape but only gain the most natural aspects of the shape he changes into. For instance, he could change into a bus, but wouldn't have gas. He could change into a dragon, but not be able to breathe fire. Things like that. Similarly, such abilities come at the cost of energy and focus, as well as a bit of durability. Too much shifting and Effex will take himself out of the fight.
He has a extremely durable cape, two gauntlets that act as grappling hooks, and a helmet that protects his head and acts like a flashlight.
He can do something called physical casting- which is the condensation of willpower into one's attacks, using something similar to magic. However, this also takes an incredible amount of sheer will and can not be done without focus and reason. The only physical casting besides the shifting that Effex can do is the Justice Knee Buster, an attack that is unique to his own personality, a mixture of a single-verse chant that consists of two lines, and a knee attack that multiplies itself based upon his fury and willpower. However, the JKB cannot be fatal by it's very nature unless used upon raw and pure evil. Effex cannot do the JKB at will, but only when out of desperation.

Weaknesses:
Effex is durable, but he still can be hurt by anything that hurts a normal person. He is painfully mortal and aside from being a bit more agile than most (yet not more so than an Olympic athelete), has a hard time with things like guns, bullets, swords, lasers, fire, and many other ways of killing a human being.
